05/29/2008 @ 07:48 AM: Last week I completed another custom guitar--basically a "use up some parts" project. It was intended to be a "cheapie" guitar I could use while teaching, in a situation where I'd rather not risk damage to one of my more expensive instruments, or something that I might eventually give away or sell. Still, this Sonic Blue Alder Strat is a decent player, sounds good, and offers my most sought-after quality in a guitar--tuning stability. Pictures of this guitar in progress, along with my other guitar projects, can be found in the photos section of my MySpace page: www.myspace.com/andrewthomassolomusic.
